Jetpack message box not showing up after blog post

    Hi can someone please tell me how to get the jetpack message box installed please. I’m using the 2015 theme. It tells me it’s configured and installed, but I can’t get it to appear after my blog post. Actually, there is no available comments box at all. Just a ooops message. Thanks.
