    Hi there,

There are two admins on my site. When I use Jetpack (my WordPress.com credentials) to log into my WordPress account, I get logged in as the other admin. I’ve tried different browsers, logging in and out, etc, etc. But after I type in my password and get access to the admin area, the name that appears on posts I author and the avatar that shows up (including in the upper left corner of the admin area) belong to the other admin, not me.

It’s disconcerting to say the least. Thoughts?

  • It sounds like your Jetpack was connected using your secondary admin account. What you’ll want to do is login to the other admin account and click on “Jetpack > Dashboard > Manage site connection” and click disconnect.

Once you’ve disconnected Jetpack, log into your main administrator account and connect Jetpack again.

This should fix up the issue.
