I recently migrated my site to a new AWS instance. In the process, I logged into Jetpack while setting up. The instance was identified by a temporary IP address. When I went live by replacing the temp IP with my fixed address, Jetpack thought I had two sites. Since then, I attempted to authenticate Jetpack with my license ID. It worked, but started me as a new site and I lost all history and subscribers. I need to get things fixed. I have hundreds of subscribers who aren’t getting notified of posts. I’ve tried everything to fix.

Yesterday, I was shown a screen to take over the old site’s data. When I tried to click to authorize the change, nothing happened. Please help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello there – I see the subscribers are currently transferred to the site where Jetpack is connected. However, the stats were still there on the old ID, so I have now transferred the stats from my side, where Jetpack is connected.

Could you please check and confirm if the issue is still there?

    Hi @seattlelion,

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
