    I installed and activated jetpack on two different sites — and wordpress starts logging me out whenever I refresh a tab with the front end of the site open. Deactivate jetpack, and I stay logged in to wordpress when I refresh the site, activate jetpack, and I don’t stay logged in. Anyone else having similar trouble?

    This seems to have helped, from known issues:

    Sites using HTTPS
    Do you use an SSL certificate on your site? If you’re having trouble connecting Jetpack to your WordPress.com account, try adding the following to your site’s wp-config.php file:

    define( ‘JETPACK_SIGNATURE__HTTPS_PORT’, 80 );

    Thanks!

    I have a similar problem since the last update (4.2.2) of Jetpack. I get a “lost connection” message each time I try to save a post. Deactivate jetpack, and I stay logged.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

    @writecraft I’m glad to hear you’re all set!

    @velurbaniste Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!

    @jeherve I was finally able to find a fix. I have install Heartbeat Control Plugin to disable heartbeat. Everything fine since.

    I currently have the same issue. Since this is evidently a known issue, I’ve opted to “Disable” Jetpack until they release another Update, hopefully resolving this issue. With it disabled, I’m able to stay logged in as an Admin on the Frontend.
