Jetpack Issues publishing posts to Facebook

  • I’ve been having a reoccurring issue that many of my scheduled posts have not been posting to Facebook as well. I have disconnected and reconnected my Facebook account in the Jetpack Publicize section multiple times. After doing so it will work for 1 or 2 posts but then doesn’t post any of the posts afterwards.

    I have on average, three posts being published a day. To manually post them to Facebook would be a little inconvenient. Anyone experiencing the same problem or have any suggestions?

    Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.
