It looks like Jetpack is unable to access your XML-RPC file. This file is used by Jetpack (and other apps and plugins) to communicate with your site. It should be accessible at this URL:
https://www.hypermex.com/xmlrpc.phpHowever, when I try to visit that link, it redirects me to:
https://urlgoedfsdfhsdfldfhsfjhdsshere.com/sorry created a listing in the troubleshooting than saw this one, since jetpack is a plugin.
