Hi,

I have started my online store not long ago and I was close to launch (besides editing products themselves) and after much troubleshooting, enabling and disabling plugins and different combinations, I concluded that Jetpack is causing the issue with my product pages. I messed with a few plugins before I centered on Jetpack and as I disabled and enabled it, I was able to refresh the page and watch my product page be normal and then go terribly. What happens is that the site will appear normal, initially, and then the product’s display pictures will render in a way that looks like an old CRT television and the pics are like lines across the screen and they cover my “Add to Cart” button. I desperately need help with this, as Jetpack is pretty important, so any help is highly appreciated! Thanks!

Hello am also facing the same problem right now, my store act normal but when jetpack plugin is enable the product images start covering the whole page and product tiles crossing the screen hope there is a solution for us all.

Hi @vaahtlnirn1

Your YouTube video is private so I wasn’t able to watch it.

However, I checked your site, and it looks like you currently have Jetpack disabled, and you’re using an alternative CDN.

If you’d like to use Jetpack again, it sounds like some of your product images may be corrupted in our CDN cache. We’d need you to activate Jetpack’s site accelerator again, and provide links to the broken images, so we can purge them from our image cache.

@drawmyface Hi, I have fixed the video to “unlisted” so that you are able to view it. It’s every photo from Alidropship and it happens on every product listing when Jetpack is enabled. I really need a fix for this.

Hi @vaahtlnirn1 –

It is a bit hard to tell for certain from the video, but it looks like you are experiencing a known issue with the carousel in Jetpack v9.9.

We are working on a fix:

You can follow along there if you’d like to be notified when there are any updates on the issue. Until that’s fixed, I’d recommend disabling the Carousel module in Jetpack. If that doesn’t help, you can download and install Jetpack 9.8.1 from here.

Hello, same things here. The front page of all products is misconfigured.
Also the single products page looks weird.
