Jetpack is cropping my images

Jetpack doesn’t include any functionality that will crop your images. Our CDN resizes and compresses in order to serve images at the smallest possible file size based on the dimensions at which an image is displayed, but it doesn’t crop. And looking at your site I see both those images in full, not cropped as in your second screen shot:

This could be as simple as a caching issue: try clearing your browser cache or see if it looks any different to you if you view your site in another browser.

Else, have you ruled out other plugins as a possible cause? Try disabling all plugins except Jetpack to see if that resolves this. If it does, re-enable your plugins one at a time until it starts happening again to determine which one is causing this.

Have you contacted Elementor to find out if it’s perhaps a setting in that plugin that’s inadvertently causing this?
