Jetpack Inexistent Folder

    Hi, my blog https://www.todosenmicocina.com is hosted by an Webempresa, and I am looking to use WordPress’s App on my Ipad but I can’t install Jetpack to do so. It seems that there is already a file with that name but I can’t find it anywhere. At some point they even gave me a link to access the folder but it’s inexistent. How can I delete that file so I can install Jetpack and use the WordPress App?
