Jetpack images cdn not working for all images

Hello,

I am using your Jetpack to serve images using your cdn and it is working well for now.

However, the problem that I am seeing after testing my website from pingdom tools is that not all the images are being served using your cdn. There are some that are still being loaded from my main website.

Is there a way to force your plugin to serve all images from your cdn?
