I utilize AWS for all my media and as such, it’s super important that JetPack not interfere with my content. This morning a user contacted me that their images were corrupted, and sure enough, they were being hosted on io.wp.com. I checked and image accelerator was enabled on again. Apparently it’s enabling after an update which I feel is incredibly intrusive.

I found an article on how to disable, but this was for “photon” modules and I’m thinking when the name changed, so did the back end.

How do we permanently disable this feature? All my content needs to be served from AWS and not anywhere else.

    Thank you. ??
