Jetpack Has Locked me Out
-
Dear Sir,
I am using BigRock.in to host my website, and using WordPress to build my website with Jetpack plug-in.
Problem 1
Apparently when I log into my website /wp-admin page it says
“Jetpack has locked your site’s login page.
Your IP address 209.99.16.94 has been flagged for potential security violations. You can unlock your login by sending yourself a special link via email. Learn More”The IP shown above is not my, I believe it is my hosting website Name server ip address.
I know I can manually disable Jetpack Plug-in from my cPanel or add the above IP to white list via going to wordpress.com and under setting/security.
Problem 2
I have also notice that after adding the adding the above IP to white list and going to Jetpack Setting, under Security, I see that Jetpack setting is showing the above IP is as my current IP, which is wrong, while in WordPress.com, under my page setting and security, it shows the correct IP address.
Please address how to fix both problems.
Thanks in advance ??
