    We’re receiving the error Jetpack has detected an error syncing your site on tnp.org.

    We’ve disconnected and reconnected Jetpack, but it’s still showing the error and we’re advised to contact support. Hoping you can help.

    I’ve run a sync from our end, and things are looking better. Are you still seeing errors?

    Thanks so much. The error is not showing anymore. Is there anything I could or should have done here to avoid the error?

    It’s hard to say, usually when we see this type of error it is after a site has updated a lot of products on their site, or imported content or mailing list and the sync needs to “catch up” with all the new material.
