    Hi All,
I’ve checked out the previous (closed) thread on this topic on this forum, but it hasn’t helped.
My Site Health message is as follows: “Jetpack has detected an error syncing your site.
Error: Jetpack has detected that data is not properly in sync which may be impacting some of your site’s functionality. Click here to start a fix to align Jetpack with your site data. If you still notice this error after running the fix process, please contact support for additional assistance.”
I have “clicked here” several times, with no success, so I am contacting this forum for additional assistance. If I knew how to manually sync Jetpack, I would do so.
Can anyone suggest a fix please?

  • Hi @iridium21,

I do not see any Jetpack sync issues for https://www.craftsteading.com from my side. What I, however, noticed was that at one time, when I tried to pull the sync queue (which keeps track of data on your remote site that needs to get pushed to our system to deliver Jetpack services), the HTTP response code was 500. This suggests that your server is occasionally unresponsive to Jetpack’s requests. I can load up the site, though, and Jetpack from your site can still mostly communicate with our servers, so it might not be something to worry about.

Okay thank you for looking into this, Daniel. That makes sense.
It all seems to be working okay now, so it must just be a sporadic issue with our server.
    Best regards
