    Dear Jetpack Support,

One of my sites that has Jetpack installed has a “Critical issue” in Site Health Status. The error says:

The information synced by Jetpack ensures that Jetpack Search, Related Posts, and other features are aligned with your site’s current content.

Error Jetpack has detected that data is not properly in sync which may be impacting some of your site’s functionality. Click here to start a fix to align Jetpack with your site data. If you still notice this error after running the fix process, please contact support for additional assistance.

I’ve searched through this support forum and found that you have to make a full sync from your back end.

Could you do this for me, please?

    My website: https://televitamin.hu

    Best regards,
    Gergo Simko

    Hi @simkog

From our end, your site is in sync with the WordPress.com servers. Sometimes that warning in Site Health can be a bit of a red herring.

Still, I’ve gone ahead and scheduled the pull and fix of your full site just in case this eliminates that message.

Have you noticed any issues with your site other than that message?

Dear @bruceallen, it seems that everything is working fine now. Thank you.
