JetPack Form Not Showing Submission Message

    I am using Block to Create a JetPack Contact Us form and Taking data using it , I am using this a hook to show it on the every post page of my website . Form is visible the data is getting store in the databse and showing in form response tab now the only problem is I am not getting the submission message that I usually do . Your mail has been sent and all that details after activating the Contact Us (Submit Button) it Shows the form again.

    I am only having this problem when I used it as hook to show contact us form on all post page , when I go to dedicated contact us page when I created another form it works just fine. Submission message and all are shown correctly.
