    Hello.

I monitor all of my site through Jetpack plugin.

All website connect perfectly but one site.

Only one site that got problem with fetching data.

I try disconect – reconnect the jetpack but still fail.
After that I deactive-delete-reinstall-reactive the jetpack with no success.
I also try to debug the jetpack with result “Your Jetpack setup looks a-okay!”, but still fail to fetching the data via wordpress.com

    What should I do

    The site is sbothai777

    Thank you before

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

I’ve made some changes to your site settings on our end. Could you give it another try, and let me know how it goes?

Thank you sir for your respond

I already try, but still got fetching problem.

So I try debugging again with “Your Jetpack setup looks a-okay!” result but still not connect properly.

I try uninstall the jetpack again from my wp dashboard, and reconnect with no result

After that, I deactive all of my plugin, and use standard template (twentyfifteen), but still fail to monitor my site via wordpress.com with “Make sure your jetpack is up to date” error message (the jetpack is already up to date)

My wordpress is install with own folder but the url normal (without folder url)

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

It appears that although your site can initially connect with WordPress.com, API requests then get blocked later on. This is most likely caused by specific security rules put in place by your hosting provider.

Could you ask them to take a look at their security logs, and make sure that XML-RPC requests made to access your site data from WordPress.com do not get blocked?
If they need our help with this, do not hesitate to point them to this thread. They can also contact us vis this form.

    Thanks!
