    Hi,

The whole thing happens when I tried to upgrade this website with woocommerce pay system. When I finished the 5th step of woocommerce set up the error shows up and
I’ve received an email from WordPress today May 14 2022 that says:

    `Howdy!

Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Jetpack.

First, visit your website (https://alcyanlogic.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (https://alcyanlogic.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php) and check for any visible issues.

Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.

If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

    https://alcyanlogic.com/wp-login.php?action=enter_recovery_mode&rm_token=

To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.

When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
    WordPress version 5.9.3
Current theme: Hello Elementor (version 2.5.0)
    Current plugin: Jetpack (version 10.9)
    PHP version 7.4.29

    Error Details
    =============
An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 89 of the file /home/u626992875/domains/alcyanlogic.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/vendor/jetpack-autoloader/class-version-loader.php. I tried to uninstall the jetpack but wordpress says:

Deletion failed: There has been a critical error on this website.Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.

    Can anyone help me? Thanks

  • Hi @aladm1

Your error is not related to the Jetpack, but plugin google-listings-and-ads.

The plugin is causing a crash on Jetpack, crashing your site.

I recommend you contact your hosting support and ask them to remove the folder google-listings-and-ads inside your /plugins/ folder.

This way, you will be able to check your site again and reinstall the plugin after everything is connected and working.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    My best regards,

    Michelle
