however, I am able to sync the latest comments on the wordpress app without any problem. it is only when i try to reply that the error message appears.

    Hi there,

From what I see here your site is successfully connected to Jetpack: https://tools.jetpack.com/debug/?url=https://milelion.com

Were you able to sort this out on your own, or did you need a hand still? If you are still having this issue, please try disconnecting Jetpack from WordPress.com at Jetpack > Dashboard > Site Connection > Manage Site Connection in your site’s Dashboard, then connect again when prompted.

Does this resolve the commenting issue?

    Hi there,

When I test your site I’m seeing a connection error.

Please contact your host and ask them if they’re blocking your site’s xmlrpc.php file. That file is needed for your site to properly be connected to WordPress.com.

If XML-RPC is not being blocked, check if you’re using any security plugins and configure them so that they allow XML-RPC connections.
