    Hi,

I was working on my Ipad WordPress and after saving and trying to sync, I get this error.

“The jetpack site is inaccessible or returned an error: transport error- HTTP status code was not 200 (500) [-32300] [server_error]”

Now, on my computer screen as I try to go to my website, it is blank and I can’t access the dashboard, the website is also just white screen.

    Help appreciated. Thank you.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Now, on my computer screen as I try to go to my website, it is blank and I can’t access the dashboard, the website is also just white screen.

This whitescreen is also known as “White Screen of Death” in WordPress jargon. It maybe be caused by one of your plugins or by your theme. Could you try to follow the instructions here to find out what’s causing the issue?

Thank you Jeremy, the culprit was jetpack which I did an update and then, worked on my ipad version…and that was it.. ??

But this is now a separate problem…I deactivated the jetpack I can’t sync the copy of my ipad version to my desktop.

I deactivated the jetpack I can’t sync the copy of my ipad version to my desktop.

I’m not sure I understand. Could you give me more details about what you’re trying to achieve, and the software you usually use to sync things between your iPad and your desktop?

I deactivated all the plugin from the File Manager and you are right, I managed to get to the dashboard. I then activated all my plugins except for Jetpack (as that was the last plugin that prompted for update).

After doing that, everything was great and I could work on my desktop.

However, I went to the ipad WordPress app and while refreshing all posts, the error came out as “Unable to Sync. The Jetpack site in inaccessible or returned an error: server error. requested method jetpack.jsonAPI does not exist. [-32601] [api_not_found]

I suppose it’s because Jetpack is deactivated.

I suppose it’s because Jetpack is deactivated.

    That’s correct.

The error you experienced when updating Jetpack may be caused by this conflict we found between Jetpack and the MOJO Marketplace plugin. Do you use that plugin? If so, you’ll want to delete your installation of Jetpack and install this old version via Plugins > Add New > Upload, until we release a new update with a fix for that conflict.

If you don’t use the MOJO Marketplace plugin, you can deactivate it, and then you’ll be able to reactivate the Jetpack plugin.

    I hope this helps.

Thanks Jeremy. I deactivated MOJO and activated Jetpack. It works now. Thanks so much.
