    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.

    Thanks!

Same issue here. Need a quick fix to this problem. I have issues connecting to Jetpack server even to follow the debug steps mentioned above. The screen says “Your site isn’t reaching Jetpack server”.
Just to give some background: First my Publicize was throwing issues with all my social media connections. Was try to debug this issues by disconnecting my Jetpack account. But after disconnecting, I landed up getting this new problem of not being able to connect to the Jetpack server.. From the frying pan into the fire now !!! Please help me with some resolution. Thanks.

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

@say123 I’m afraid there is no general solution to this problem. The error can be caused by a security plugin, by your site setup, or by your server setup. Could you follow the instructions I posted above to send us more details about your site, so we can investigate and find what’s causing the issue on your site?

    Thanks!
