    On our end, we’re showing that Jetpack is connected (via an alternate endpoint), but that there is also an issue with the xmlrpc.php file:

    Are you still having the same error as in the screenshot?

    Thanks for checking Bruce. I had a colleague set up Jetpack and it worked for him. The issue seems to be with my account. I have a couple more websites to build on this multisite and would love to not have this happen again. What is the issue with the xmlrpc.php file?

    Here is an example of a working XML-RPC file:

    https://wp.cloud/xmlrpc.php

    When working correctly, it should load the text XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.

    Your XML-RPC file is not loading. It should be accessible here:

    https://www.qacps.org/sms/xmlrpc.php

    Here is a screenshot of what I see there:

    If you can resolve the XML-RPC issue, I suspect that will resolve the issue you are having with connecting Jetpack on your sites.
