Hi – my subscribers are no longer receiving emails when I publish a new bog post after updating to Jetpack 4.3.1. I’m running WordPress 4.6.1. Could you help troubleshoot? Thanks!

Hi again – uninstalling and reinstalling Jetpack fixed this issue. I should be good to go now. Thanks

I am having the same problem. Did you fully uninstall Jetpack, or did you simply deactivate/reactivate?

If you fully uninstalled, did you lose any information or was it recovered when you reconnected Jetpack?

Also, if you use publicize, have you had any issues with that?

    Thanks for any help!

I have a client who’s subscribers are no longer receiving her emails when she posts to her blog. I am concerned that uninstalling Jetpack could potentially affect her subscriber list. She is also having issues with Publicize losing her connections. She is very frustrated with this situation. Please help.

@bibliobibuli @codewryter I fully uninstalled Jetpack even though it said data may be lost and then reinstalled it and all my site stats and subscribers were still there. Then I did a test post and it went out to all my subscribers. Good luck!

Has any of you who uninstalled or deactivated jetpack and then reinstalled or reactivated, run into any issues where it gave you an error message with trouble connecting to Jetpack, but then it worked after that?

@bibliobibuli @codewryter If you still experience issues, could you follow the instructions I posted here to send us more information about your site?

    Thanks!

@andrewarthurdawson I replied to your question in the thread you started here.

I did the reinstall – never worked.

I tried the beta version – never worked.

Tried to send debug message – never worked.

Have sent Jetpack Support an email.

Although it’s super frustrating having been unable to send post notifications, i’m not switching from Jetpack. The service is an awesome convenience. I’d rather wait for Jetpack to find a solution (they always do).
