Thanks! That’s indeed a known issue: the shortcodes created by your plugin are not supported in Jetpack Subscription emails. You can read more about it here:
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/869

However, adding the More tag before the shortcodes should help. Could you give it a try, and let me know how it goes?

What happens when you place some text before the Read More tag?
