Jetpack email notifications not working

Hello!
I got a problem with the Jetpack subscription that is on a widget on footer:

I can’t add a new suscriber. I have tried with different email adresses and didn’t receive any email notification.

Apparently the subscriber list worked someday (I don’t know if the email notifications worked), but now seems not: https://wordpress.com/people/email-followers/eneagrama.personarte.com

Others notification of Jetpack are working. I used the Postman SMTP Plugin.
For subscription I haven′t add any script on functions.php

Can you help me?
