Don't works with plugin scrollbox

  • Hi,
    I use the widget of jetpack to suscribe to my blog and it works perfect. But if i use the jetpack plugin for suscription in the scrollbox plugin to appear the window as a popup it doesn′t works. It appears but if you put your email and click the button suscribe you don′t receive the email for confirmation… So, you can’t suscribe! Can you help me, please?

    I’m afraid I’m not familiar with the scrollbox plugin. Could you contact the plugin author, and ask them how shortcodes are implemented and rendered in their popups? Feel free to send me a link to the thread you’ll start in their support forums, I’ll be happy to chime in and work with the plugin author to solve that issue!

    The scrollbox people do not explain anything … You’ll going to design a widget as a popup to subscribe? It would be good because i will use it instead of plugin scrollbox. Please!!!

    That’s not on our roadmap at the moment I’m afraid. I’m still keeping an eye on the thread you started with the Scrollbox plugin authors though, and will jump in if they need more info.
