    Hello,

    I’m looking to raise a problem, which is potentially two issues,

    i) I’m unable to access the Jetpack Boost menu:

    There’s a bunch of console errors, but the page freezes and I’m unable to access any options.

    ii) We’re getting DNS error messages:

    However, checking the help guides, everything seems to be working fine.

    I’m unable to uninstall Jetpack and re-install it to see if that will work. The plug-ins page doesn’t give me the option:

    How do I resolve these problems?

    Looks like I now have the same issue as everyone else..

    If there’s no resolution, we’ll have to uninstall and find an alternative.

    ‘Couldn’t verify my page’ which is my homepage.

    Hi Alin,

    My site is set to Private, will that make a difference to the functionality of Generating Critical CSS?

    I’m afraid I can’t submit a support ticket as I’m using Jetpack Free, so there is no contact form.
