Jetpack disconnected, now stats are missing

    Hello! Our developer created a staging site for our website and, in the process, confused Jetpack about which website was the right one. We ended up logged out of Jetpack and when I logged in, all our stats were gone. I believe this is because our website was connected to a WordPress/Jetpack account of a former employee, but I have no idea how to find out which employee and what their login details were.

    We’d really love to have our stats back though. Thank you in advance for the help!

    That’s correct. It looks like the IDs of your staging and live blog got switched. I have now merged your past stats into the current one and your live site should show the entire history.

    You are welcome.

    Also, while looking at your site, I see that you are running an outdated version of Jetpack. Please update to the latest version. If you need support in the future, you will need to use the current version.

    I disabled Jetpack the other day for a brief moment and just noticed this seems to have happened to me three days ago, too. My site in question is here: https://scribblejot.com/

    Will you be able to help me get my old stats back? This has never happened before upon deactivating ??
