JetPack Disconnected – How to download Email Subscribers List?

  • The website’s JetPack has disconnected from WordPress.com. While the xmlrpc.php has been blocked by host recently, I can not connect JetPack with wordpress.com anymore. Nor I can have access to the xmlrpc.php after talking to host.

    So the question is, how can I get my subscribers downloaded from the jetpack server when my self-hosted website is not connected?
