I used the Jetpack CRM to create a client page, but it will not show anything on the actual page. I have tried on different accounts, different browsers, and different devices. Each with the same result. Our biggest need right now is a way for our customers to log in and see what they have paid and this seems like the easiest solution, but not if it doesn’t work.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • From your site’s WP Admin dashboard, go to Pages > All Pages and edit the Client Portal page. Does it have the required [jetpackcrm_clientportal] shortcode?

Next, go to Jetpack CRM > CRM Settings > Client Portal. Has the correct Client Portal page been assigned there?

You can find more detailed information about both of the above here: https://kb.jetpackcrm.com/knowledge-base/how-does-the-client-portal-work/

Yes, I have done both of those things. I’ve deleted the page and had it recreate it with the same blank page result.

This is unusual. I haven’t seen any other reports of this, and am not able to reproduce the issue on a test site, so something on your particular site may be causing the problem.

The best way to find out if something is interfering is to test for a theme or plugin conflict. You can do that by following these steps:

    1. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Jetpack and Jetpack CRM, and clear your browser’s cache.
    2. Then, try checking the Client Portal again. If the Client Portal page appears correctly, then you know another plugin is conflicting here.
    3. You can reactivate plugins one by one, checking the Client Portal page after each one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
    4. You can leave that plugin deactivated and/or contact whoever makes that plugin for help resolving the issue it’s causing.

If deactivating plugins doesn’t help, it may be your theme.

    1. Temporarily activate a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One.
    2. Then, try checking for the Client Portal page again. If the Client Portal page appears correctly, then you know it’s a problem with the theme. You can contact whoever makes the theme for help resolving the issue it’s causing.
    3. You can see these theme troubleshooting steps in detail in our Troubleshooting manually guide.

    Hello @seeoregon

Do you have updates about that? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no activity, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!

It was the theme. I am currently running a plug-in that allows me to run two different themes while waiting on a response from the theme designer.
