Whenever I edit a post I get the critical error message. Yet, if I remove jetpack plugin I can edit posts. I am using astra pro and spectra pro. I have tried reinstalling the plugin and making sure I have the latest version of Jetpack – here is the error log:

    Hi @howief

Thank you for reaching out and providing the detailed error log. I understand how frustrating it can be to encounter critical errors, especially when trying to edit posts. Let’s work together to resolve this issue.

From the error log, it appears that the problem is related to the Jetpack Publicize module. Here are a couple of steps we can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

    1. Check for Plugin Conflicts

    • Since the issue resolves when Jetpack is deactivated, it’s possible that there might be a conflict with another plugin or your theme.
    • Please try disabling all plugins except Jetpack and see if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
    • If the issue persists with only Jetpack active, try switching to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Three) temporarily to rule out a theme conflict.

    2. Temporary Workaround

    • If you need to edit posts urgently, you can temporarily disable the Publicize module by going to Jetpack → Settings → Sharing and toggling off the Automatically share your posts to social networks option. This should prevent the error from occurring while we figure out what is happening on your site.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please don’t hesitate to reply to this post, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.

    Hi there, @howief,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
