    Hello,

For some reason, Jetpack appears to be creating a very large database table. It’s called hcf_jetpack_sync_queue and it’s over 300mb. I searched online for this but couldn’t find any helpful info. Could you please tell me what it is and more importantly, how to reduce its size? Thank you

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @dh333,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The jetpack_sync_queue database table plays a crucial role in Jetpack’s synchronization process, ensuring that your site’s content is consistently updated and aligned with WordPress.com’s cache. It’s not uncommon for this table to expand significantly, especially if your site encounters synchronization challenges or if there’s frequent content turnover.

Upon reviewing your site, I’ve identified some synchronization discrepancies affecting your site. To address this, I’ve already implemented a corrective measure aimed at resolving these issues. This fix should help streamline the sync process and prevent the jetpack_sync_queue table from growing unnecessarily large.

I recommend monitoring your site’s performance and the size of this database table over the next few days. If you notice that the issue persists or if you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to get back in touch with us. We’re here to ensure your experience with Jetpack is smooth and beneficial, and we’re committed to providing the support you need to maintain an optimal site performance.

    Best regards!
