• I disabled Jetpack as it kept taking my site down for whichever IP address I happened to be in and my web host had to keep unblocking each IP. Even when I entered my IP address into the Do Not Block section.

    I’d like to get it working properly as I’m keen on the ability to upload images from my iPhone to my media library. But how to get around this issue? As soon as I connect the site on WP and on the JP app on my iPhone, the site goes down immediately.

    JP doesn’t offer support for free installations but I’m not paying for something I can’t use.

    I don’t know a company under the sun that doesn’t offer pre-sales support. Have you actually contacted JetPack and they told you this? And if, indeed, you can’t use it, then you should simply disable it?

    Thank you George. I hadn’t found that forum so I appreciate the link.

    Jetpack’s link from WP says it only supports paid accounts so there’s no way to connect without signing up. I agree it’s rare to decline pre-sales support, forcing us to sign up with payment to get in touch.
