Every time I access the JetPack plugin to see the Traffic Stats the Memory & CPU usage on the Server becomes high and limits.

Even though I just clicked and didn’t do any activity when using the jetpack plugin, this made the CPU usage very high.

    Before :

    Not Click JetPack CPU Low

    After :

When Click JetPack Plugin CPU High

As a result this keeps my site busy and even down within minutes. My WordPress Dashoard is crash it only reloading and timeout. But I can access my site to view homepage / post with different browser normaly.

When I do troubleshooting by deactivating the jetpack plugin, the website runs normally and the CPU usage is still reasonable.

    What caused this to happen?

    Hey Adam,

Could you reach out to your host and check with them if they can share any related logs so that we can have a deeper look?
I made a modification to the connection configuration on our end. Could you try to activate and connect Jetpack again? Please let us know how it goes.

    Thank you!

I already tried to activate and connect Jetpack again, but it is still same.

Each time i click JetPack Plugin on WP Dashboard it consume high RAM usage, that cause my site slow, time out and down for a minutes.

Now i Deactivate it, i hope Jetpack have lite version that only give Traffic Monitor features only, it’s seem will make it more light to use for small hosting.

    Thank you

    Hi Adam,

Could you check with your host if they are blocking access to XMLRPC.PHP file or Jetpack IPs? If they are, can they unblock the access to XMLRPC.PHP file, and/ or add Jetpack IPs (mentioned in this guide) to their allowlist? Let us know how it goes!

    Hi Ajay,

Sorry i still not understand to unblock Jetpack with that guide

Now i try Allow IP, using jetpack feature like this : ScreenShoot

Would you like to check if my website use correct configuration to allow jetpack IP

    Is it still blocking ?

    Thanks

    Hello Adam,

Thanks for getting back to us.

I am able to access your xmlrpc.php file from my side. However, we suspect there might be an intermittent block coming from your host when we try to access this file.

What you will need to do is reach out to your host and ask them if they are blocking any requests to the xmlrpc.php file coming from Jetpack.

You can reach out to your host at: https://www.hostinger.com/contacts

Furthermore, your host will need to give Jetpack access to your site by allowing our IP addresses listed here: https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-add-jetpack-ips-allowlist/

Hope this helps clarify things! Let us know how it goes.

    Best,
