I have an interesting problem with the Jetpack contact form. When a visitor to my site submits a contact form, it does not send me the contact form input. It does send me an email, but the email only contains the message below.

    Time: ex.= March 13, 2017 at 11:27 am
    IP Address: ex.= 000.0.00.00
    Contact Form URL: ex.= https://mysite.com/contact
Sent by an unverified visitor to your site.

That is all my email contains. So if I want to know what text they submitted into the contact form, I have to log into my site and view my Feedback.

However, when a user that is logged in submits a contact form I receive the input of the contact form.

I want to see the contact form content (input) in my emails for everyone that submits the form.
How do I fix this issue?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Do you use a caching plugin that may impact form submissions on your site? If so, could you try to deactivate it for a bit and let me know if it helps?

I have W3 Total Cache installed. I deactivated it, and then the contact form worked fine.

I found this article that you had written.

    https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/5629

So then I reactivated W3 Total Cache and turned off database cache and the contact form worked like normal.

Thanks Jeremy for helping me resolve this issue. God Bless!
