Jetpack contact form not working at all

  • Adding a jetpack contact form to the end of a post, nothing happens:

    – User is not notified to having sent a message
    – No records in the feedback
    – No e-mail sent

    Changing theme, everything works fine.

    How can I fix this without changing theme ?
