Jetpack Contact Form – Labels broken after upgrade

  • Successfully using Jetpack Contact Form for months on a simple website https://kamloopsfootdoctor.ca

    Upgraded to WP 4.0.1 today and the text labels for the contact form are not appearing correctly… showing quotes, missing words, missing ‘required’ notations.

    Form still works, but with broken text labels.

    Tried deleting the contact form and rebuilding from scratch with same end result.

    Any suggestions appreciated.
