jetpack contact form – labels and buttons out of line

The look of the form is controlled by your theme. You should be able to fix this issue with CSS.

Hi I am also having this problem.

My form is at the bottom of this page: https://monthlybirthstones.com/membership/

My theme allows me to add custom css.

@mandy Your theme seems to force all radio buttons to be on their own lines. This custom CSS will help you fix this:

.contact-form input[type="radio"] {
	display: inline;
	margin-right: 8px;
}
