Jetpack Contact Form Customization

Is there anyway to easily do the following with the Jetpack contact form?

1) custom redirect the “thank you” message to a url or at least be able to customize the message?

2) track the page and visit path the visitor was on before they sent the form?

3) pass the contact’s name or date to the email subject line? right now all emails are in one thread in gmail due to subject being the same even though emails are from different people.
