Jetpack constantly asking to reconnect

Hi there I’ve noticed very recently Jetpack seems to disconnect, so I follow the prompts to re-connect and it says I’ve reconnected then tells me I need to reconnect again. I’m getting to a point just to dump jetpack, its frustrating.

Could I ask if anyone may have a clue what maybe happening? a clash of plugins? theme? Any advice will be awesome and thanks in advance for that
