Jetpack Connection Issues

    Hi,

    I hope someone can help me out here. Both the WordPress and Jetpack mobile apps are not returning live info – I have published posts that I can see via web browser, but cannot see or edit via the apps. I suspect this is a sync issue, and when I try to manually sync, I get the following:

    The Jetpack site is inaccessible or returned an error: server error. requested method jetpack.jsonAPI does not exist. [-32601]

    Could someone help me please? At the mo, I can’t update my site, or track comments/likes via the apps, and I can’t update the plugins for Jetpack either.

    @darth_timon On our end, Jetpack appears to be connected without any errors. I’ve started a new sync for you, which may take some time to complete.

    If you still see those discrepancies after a few hours, please contact us via this contact form and mention this thread. We’ll be able to look into it for you in more detail.
