Jetpack was connected and data flowing to the WooCommerce app, but just as we launched this store we found it had stopped working.

I disconnected and attempted to reconnect jetpack, but am now unable to connect.

I have followed the community support,
I had recently upgraded PHP to 8.1 so checked the extensions, xmlrpc was disabled so i enabled it (not sure if this is even required)
I was receiving a 403 on xmlrcp.php, my webhost advised an edit to my .htaccess. That resolved the 403 and it is now accessible.

I’ve also disabled wordfence, litespeed cache. Even last night disabled every single plug in and went back to the default twenty 24 theme and it still does not connect!

    Please help!

    Hi @dropwiredigital

I took a look at the site, and I’m still seeing the 403 forbidden error persisting on the xmlrpc.php. Based on what you’ve shared, the block has been removed at the site level via .htaccess, but the server itself is still blocking access to our IPs.

Please ask your hosting provider to allow our IP addresses: https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-allowlist-jetpack-ip/

    Hi there, @dropwiredigital,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
