    Hello,

We have been using your plugin along with Woocommerce and it’s been great. However, after updating both Jetpack and the Woo Carousel plugins we have discovered a conflict between Jetpack and the woo Carousel.

When Jetpack is active the images on our carousels will not display. But once we deactivate Jetpack all the images display successfully.

What can be done to have the images display correctly while Jetpack is active?

    Thanks so much,
    Troy thomas

    Hello Troy,

Thanks for reporting this, and sorry for the trouble!
I’m happy to check the issue for you, however it seems like your SSL certificate isn’t set up well, so when you type your site URL with the HTTPS protocol, it returns an error.

If you head to the same URL by using the HTTP protocol instead, you’ll be able to see your site online again.
You’ll want to check out with your hosting provider about that to get it sorted.

Once that’s fixed, I can run some more tests on your site to figure out what’s happening.

You’re also welcome to contact us directly via this contact form and mention this thread.

Look forward to your reply, and thanks in advance for your cooperation in sorting that out with me!

    Hi Stef,

Thank you for the response. That actually makes a lot of sense. Likely the SSL errors are due to us performing these updates and tests on our demo subdomain when our SSL is configured for our main domain of kissandstitch.com.

We will continue with our testing and will create a new ticket if we find this issue appears on our live site as well after moving these changes over.

Thanks so much for the help!

    Hello again,

We tried going to the URL through HTTP protocol instead but the images were still not showing up. When inspecting the elements, it looks like the img tag src is not being set.

Where the image should be appearing the code just reads:
    DARTH BLUE NAKETANO HOODIE

Would this be related to SSL misconfigurations as well?

    Thanks so much!

    Hey Troy,

    >Would this be related to SSL misconfigurations as well?
Hmmm, it’s unlikely, but can’t tell you for sure because I can’t access the site nor run any tests due to the SSL issue that’s still ongoing!

Hope you’ll fix it soon so we can investigate deeper on that images mystery ??
