Jetpack Conflict

  • I have debugged bu turning off plugins one by one and seem to come to jetpack as the source of the issue. I cannot return any search results or filter anything in the back end. For example when searching for a user in backend the page refreshes without any results. Same for filtering anything in the backend. Changing to 2017 theme resolves this with jetpack tunred on but jetpack has to be turned off when using Mesmerize theme. Any help would be grand, Thanks

  • The problem is caused by the action “jetpack_module_loaded_minileven” in the file /inc/jetpack.php. When you disable the row do_action(‘jetpack_module_loaded_minileven’); in this file the problem is solved.

    We used the Mesmerize PRO theme with Jetpack 6.1.1 and WordPress 4.9.6.

    The author of the theme is informed about the problem and solution. The author will solve this in a upcoming release.
