Jetpack Conflict

I’m having some issues when Jetpack is enabled. The modules I’m using are custom content types and custom css. When enabled 99% of the time I get the “could find the_content” error. Oddly enough it works very infrequently. Deactivating solves the problem but I also need Jetpack enabled.
