Jetpack comments won’t connect to Facebook

    Hi there,

    When somebody wants to post a comment and connect to Facebook it got stuck at “connecting to Facebook…”

    Can you please help me out?

    Hi there,

    This is probably caused by a blocked XMLRPC file. Your site’s XMLRPC file needs to be unblocked for Jetpack to connect to WordPress.com and for all features to properly work.

    Please contact your host and ask them to unblock your site’s XML-RPC file. Then you’ll be able to connect and the Facebook issue with be resolved.
