Jetpack comments – Error: your Twitter login has expired

I am getting an “Error: your Twitter login has expired” error when trying to post comments using my Twitter account. This is occurring on multiple websites that use the Jetpack comments, with WordPress 3.5 and Jetpack 2.2.5.
To reproduce, I simply enter my comment, click the Twitter icon, and successfully authorize WordPress.com to integrate with Twitter in the popup window. After authorization succeeds and the window closes, I click Post Comment and the comment textbox disappears and I get the error.

https://screencast.com/t/BLySS1kJ3wLeaving comments via name/email and Facebook login seem to work normally. Could this be related to the recent Twitter API changes?
