• Since a few months Jetpack periodically clashes with WooCommerce, altering the back end display and functionality of Woocommerce. It is then not possible, without deactivating Jetpack, to edit orders, it also affects the performance of other plugins, causing the settings page to load and display incorrectly.

After a period, and still I have received no answer as to why, functionality returns to normal. The reason I am leaving a poor rating, is not because of the issue, this can happen, but because of the lack of interest shown by Jetpack & Woocommerce in resolving the problem.

Hello there – we need some information to investigate the issue:

    • Could you please let us know the Jetpack and WooCommerce version you are using?
    • Please let us know what is not working in WooCommerce when Jetpack is activated. If you want, you can share the screenshot with us as well.
    • Please let us know your site address.

    Hello Animesh

I have shared on a number of occasions all information. This morning when wanting to edit orders on the backend we are again confronted with the situation we are not able to. We are unable to delete/edit the guest, until we deactivate Jetpack.

Before we deactivate Jetpack there is not the possibility to delete the guest. After there is.

Other issues include layout changes & inability to apply coupons. This is sporadic.

As of this morning we are unable to work in the product data settings, we are unable to edit anything in there, without deactivating Jetpack.

We have the same problem with our other website. As soon as we deactivate Jetpack, functionality returns. As stated at the start of our feedback, the disappointment is not with the conflict between Jetpack & Woocommerce, the issue is the lack of support, despite being, as you state a jetpack Complete Plan subscriber. And as you requested we contacted support, again, but as of yet have had no reply other than the automated one.

So there is actually no support, just moderation!
