Jetpack claims my site is cloned but there is no proof

jetpack claims that my site appears to be cloned but I see no proof of that.
As a result, it is disconnected and my email newsletter are no longer going out.
I tried establishing connection again which worked but I realised the emails were not sent out the next day and “site cloned” error returned.
