Jetpack causes Firefox to run forever

Jetpack keeps on reconnecting widgets.wp.com on Firefox safe mode.
The page looks OK but loading never ends.This phenomena does not occur with Chrome nor latest IE 11
PC running windows Vista, 64 bit.
